We hand-poured each and every candle and we often make each candle once an order is placed. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES:
Because we often pour candles after you place your order, we allow cancellations up until the item is shipped. We do not allow returns or exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work to correct it!
As our candles are poured in glass mason jars, there is always a possibility of damage during shipping. We do our best to ensure candles are packaged in a way that prevents breakage, but unfortunately sometimes it happens! If your order is broken when it arrives, please email us and include a picture of the damaged items. We will gladly ship out a replacement free of charge.
We currently ship within the United States from USPS.
All orders $54 and under ship for a $8 flat rate. Orders $55 and over receive free shipping!
All our candles are shipped from Maysville, North Carolina.
Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your handmade candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information.
Orders within the U.S. can be expected to arrive 5-7 business days after placing your order. AK and HI may require additional processing time. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
All average shipping times assume no delays. Once they are shipped out, they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, stolen packages, or other issues that may arise while the package is in the hands of the carrier. If there is a problem, you will need to contact the carrier to resolve it. We can help, but we are unable to give refunds based on issues occurring during shipping.
